That not means dislike but One area where improvement is needed is the work culture, especially for new employees. Sometimes Senior staff or leadership are not fully supported during the transition,affect their ability to contribute effectively in the early stages of their employment.

Culture. Nothing to show. Old primitive mindset. Especially in Finance function. No future outlook. Micro management. Approval for each and everything. Check your workdays. Multiple cases where HR quotes a 5 day week but actually it is 6 days. No one will take ownership once u join. No authority in FSS. 23 leaves in all.

Everything is pathetic in Tata Technical centre" They black spot on Tata brand.

You will destroy your career, self respect, skills, personal life and lifestyle if you join in TTC. HR and Managers not having manners to talk (Only disrespect, insults, shouting loudly over a floor in front of your team members). TTC is just staffing company. They don't have any project. No IT culture. Pathetic office infrastructure (It's just a warehouse). High attrition rate still Management don't care about it. Mismanagement in everything people join just because of Tata brand but TTC is biggest trap. If you go against them they will simply move you to other states, Target you!!...Read More
