Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and Management is not transparent.The manager here threaten to evict job from the personal region unnecessarily harassing mentally torture.There is not much turrture. There is not a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are good Valuations are fair and they do not give good increments and bonuses every year.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
