Company is Hiring Management Trainess for much higher CTC then already working experienced guy and those Trainess are Trained by those vintage guys , this trainees gets promoted the very next year without completing goal sheet ! this is so unfair

Office politics is more than Indian politics here and favouritism. 3. No skill enhancement. No new tech stack and learning here.
