Increments are not good in the company. Bonds and agreements are placed to lock the promotion in the company.Workers are targeted by asking about any problems in the company. As the domain is demanding work life balance is bit harsh, in emergencies. If demand is there than you’ll be needing to stay at office or on site. Other ways it’s fine.

Culture is a big hut and miss. Work pressure will be there as in finance everything is will be asked at the last moment. Expectation will be there to work on saturdays as well and attrition rate is touching the roof
