1. Excellent job security if you are permanent employee. 2. Insurance covers parents. 3. Domain of work is exciting. 4. You get plenty of leaves which you have to manage how to take given work pressure.

Dislikes

1. Policy changes are more towards company rather employee. 2. No value for resources with respect to retention 3. Technical growth will get stagnant after a period. 4. Very difficult to balance work and personal life as it is always emergency. Need better project planning. 5. Salary increment is less compared to other companies. 6.Any issue when taken to HR, comparision will be done with companies to defend their statement or decision and not to improve situation. 7. You have to work for 9.6 hours a week. Usually exceed when work pressure is more you can easily expect to work 12 hours a day for 2 to 4 weeks continuous without holidays. 8.
