Good that you can learn lot of new things and understanding technical concepts is much easier as data for all aspects are available and good document procedures are in place in every key areas.

Dislikes

Not a great company for a experienced personnel, You need to join at 40+ age and stay there. Completely process oriented company where process is just a norm and doesn't find its full effectivity. SOP, process excellence is another time consuming things.

Don't join this company. They are giving only 1500 Rs as appraisal to an engineer who worked for last 10 months they counts as newly joined. HOD says its a policy for new employees. And we need to work for 2+ years for the same package. One major thing. They have different package for the same post.
