1- HR consider themselves as an owner of the company, 2- HR politics is very high. 3- we got selected as a graduate engineer trainee for 2 years but after 2 years they said you were Apprentice trainee. Very good Departmental Support, Few managers and GM like Shailendra and Raj sir, who always ready to support.

Dislikes

Companies HR's are Terrible, we are being told to join As a GET while they came in our college campus, but latter They joined us as a GAT, no letter was given while joining except NDA, Casual worker like treatment by few HRs, After completing 2 yrs of training period they extend one more year by giving some nonsense reasons. In Short World class company with 3Rd class HRs.

As a Fresher I came to know about different machines that are used to make food products.Also The Latest Technology adopted by the company.

Dislikes

The Company actually is a food making company . according to my point of view its not the core company for me to work.So i personally feel i am not getting the exposure that i need. Also HR here were totally irresponsible .We were asked to join as GET for 2 year .later were joined as GAT for 1 year .The documents at time of joining was not maintained. When asked for documents after 1 year no documents was given as their plan was to make training of 3 years..1 year of GAT and other 2 GET which was very long training session. Casual like treatment.
