Work life is balanced here although workload is there. Worst part is that they don't hire position until it's working and reached it's threshold. Company must have supporting hands like for stock management, Delivery person and Supervisors.

Disliking is not something major but yes the increment process is slow and growth is also very slow or may be not also. I have seen employees working in the organisation from years but on the same position still. I want to grow myself and to come out of the box of one position itself. Otherwise organisation helps u learn alot of the system.
