Salary comes on time. Even in lockdown also.so that is the main thing.

Dislikes

They have always stock issue. That's why staffs ar getting demotivated. Because we work for money. And we run for incentive.if we year on year not getting it you will already demotivated.so they need to improve there stock. And one more thing even. They have one more problem that is PF . If You your salary s more then 19k they didn't provide pf or medicailm or any extra benifit. So this is very very bad. So this is the main part they need to be changed the policy....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
