One of the best lifestyle and mix match trade brand. Product quality no doubt amazing. Failure ratio all most Neely.Great environment and experience you can get from your colleagues.
Dislikes
Unavailability of products in crucial time and little bit SKU's of IT is a big problem to done good numbers in every month target.

This company is a mistake I made to join. I joined here with reduction in my current ctc and with lots of promise as the budget constraints. Within a year i realise all this is fake. I worked for almost 5 years with Rs. 200 as entire career hike. The india operation is handle by Hongkong and the team only need sellthru. They dont care about employees growth and all. They need just sell in thats it. Initial HR was a joke in the organisation. They focus on leaves only. For the first 2 yrs, i never know who was the HR but Now the new team is very interactive and best. The company carrys a bad reputation as Money Laundries for employees. Which i dont know its true or false. This is the reputation in indian market. The dealers or partners or customers are in this dilemma. Over all experience i say is bad, only false promises made and never honoured. Target will be 200% every year. You will have multiple frustration right from enquiry to closure. No one supports you in any phase and your internal teammates are cunning and try to close orders. You will stressed out with no support. I would suggest to avoid this organisation....Read More

Targus as a whole is a global brand with good product quality. There was a lot to do as brand communication and product awareness was a majorly missing in the market. Management allowed me to work on new prospects and enhance market awareness through social platform while exploring new business opportunities for expansion. It was a proud experience for me to utilize my skill sets and enhance market as well as counter share for Delhi-NCR from 5/7% up to 18/20% respectively within six months....Read More

Indian management (as I worked under their supervision) have no inclination towards marketing support or distribution support for the partners. In first month of joining, I realized that none of the old distributors or channel partners were interested in working with Targus (as a whole, being an IT brand, Targus team has a bad reputation among respected IT partners who have been working in the industry for a while). I enrolled new distribution partners and worked on product communication within LFR to enhance counter share through product awareness. Nobody tracks your work on the basis of efforts and expansions that are happening, but internal management decisions are purely based on the volume business. After a good run of 7 months with the organization, I was asked to move to Mumbai (HO) and handle national marketing for the company but without any support for relocation. Indian management finally decided to downsize and neither did they hire another candidate for my role, they cut off all the new partners and sellers I had enrolled in the system. I am sad for the rand value and loss of good people whom I connected with this team....Read More
