There is a clear line of discrimination between permanent & contract employees. They'll make you permanent only if you are good at talking nonsensical stuff. Just blabber something in meetings and you'll be considered knowledgeable.

Even though the leaders try to include employees on contract roles in the benefits that are being provided at this work from home situations, there are certain benefits that are not being provided to the contract employees. Even though they have an equal contribution to the work.

The only reason I gave 4 stars for company culture is because there are many people oriented programs and largely it's good though it'll also depend on the team.

Dislikes

Everything from promotion to appraisals to growth direction to conversations. The HRs think they run the company and don't believe in promotion or growth. You may get a decent 15% hike but there's no stocks until Director/Sr. Director level. They have tech dating back to the time of early-man. There's no budget to promote but there's always money for stupidity.
