The technologies and the exposure we get as individuals in the company is very enriching. The knowledge that we can get by simply performing daily tasks is very helpful. Plus, they do have a great knack of picking up newer technologies as and when applicable. The workplaces are pretty good. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
