If you join this company, it's safe to say that you need to forget everything about your personal life. Arghhh! Where to start and which department I need to pick first.? HR Team is least supportive. They don't support employees. They don't respond to our needs. Not a single rule in the book will be in the favour of employee. Coming to work culture -- No Hybrid, No work from home, Regular 5 day work week with no flexibility of timings. In case if you're wondering for the consequences, payroll deductions. Congrats & Welcome. Management -- Set some unrealistic deadlines and unachievable targets which are not even in the sight of line to pull of., which results in no work-life balance. No phones allowed inside office premises. No matter how urgent it is for you. Best of luck with that. The whole system is one-way. AUTOCRACY. Zero F's given to employee satisfaction and job security. Thank heavens if you're continuing the next day, because god knows your last working day.
