I have been working at TalkValley fot the past six months, and I can honestly say that it has been one of the most rewarding experience of my career. As a software developer, I have had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and technologies, including ElasticSearch, Express.js, Node.js, React.js, AWS, Mongo administration. What sets TalkValley apart, however, is the emphasis on holistic skill development beyond just software development. through my work here, I have gained valuable experience in product management, project management, team management and user experience design. This has allowed me to approach projects with a more comprehensive and strategic mindset and has helped me to build more performant and user- friendly systems. I have learned so much in this organisation. Since it is a startup, one gets the opportunity to work with almost everyone, which brings out the team player in you. Your work is recognised and appreciated. Regular promotions and hikes are a big plus. Timely payment and work life balance is what makes this organisation one of the bestorgs that I have ever worked in. Note- I recently came across a troll who is impersonating me and is trying to post false information using my details (soft skills trainer). They treat you like a person not an employee. That’s reflected how management approaches employees no yelling n screaming about challenges just collaboration n ideas.
