People can earn lot incentives if they are into sales profile. HR team is very nice.

Dislikes

It's about the culture. The manager threaten to sack you if targets are not met. And they do so as well. They may also terminate you if they come to know that you'll leave and join another organization. They give PIP time only for 10 days. If you are a sales person, It's the best company for you.
