Only the head of the floor was nice as he allowed girls to leave on time while other people usually did overtime work.

Dislikes

Zero work life balance and incentives never paid fully. Rather, i would say pathetic work culture. They want you to work even on weekends .They don’t even approve sick leaves and you will have to work all the freaking time. Few of the TL’s were biased and there was a lot of favouritism. Overall, a bad experience and not a good choice to go ahead with.

It was a terrible experience with this company every one is trying to pull you down and those people who are doing great because of process like inhoud and chats etc every member of senior management will just encourage them every one is leaving this company. no matter how hard you try biased managers and cluster head will never let you stay.

I worked 2.6 year as a Executive Counselor in Talentedge. Team was good. Everybody was co-operative. Job security depends on performance only. Salary is decent and incentives are very good. Too much learning for fresher. Overall experience is good. I like the incentive plans here

Dislikes

Career growth is very slow. There are no good opportunity for learning after a limited time. Sorry to say that Growth given to the specific people only. Work pressure is very high. Taking a leaves also very difficult even in emergency.

Good training and learning. Nice office and work environment.

Less salary, all saturdays are working ( even sundays are sometimes), No job security, pathetic work life balance!

In sales, there is lots of pressure. You need to convert the given leads to prospects and generate revenues.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
