Nothing. I was working as Sr. Executive and my Team Leader & Manager supposed to have better knowledge than me, but their literacy level was so poor that even while writing daily email they use to check English spellings on Google. Many times I caught my TL checking spelling of words like Volume, Column, certificate, verification, etc and many more. Same applies to manager. He was there only because of his good relations with his boss and became manager because of tenure in same company. That person working as manager couldn't even speak two continuous sentence in english language....Read More

Everything. The work culture is worst actually there is No work culture. While having morning team meetings our boss use to tell us with all mc, bc, b*kch*di, g*nd m*ru, words, so in this organisation an every working day starts with those motivational words. Further we realised that our manager was not at all having any goals forthe day or even for his own life so he starts our day with same mentality. Secondly, this is boss driven company and not HR driven, so here hiring & firing is so easy that even HRs can't have any control over this. Also HR working here are like the same, working because of their relation with boss. I found 27 spelling mistakes in a single page of my appointment letter. I am still ashamed to share that with anyone....Read More
