WFH feels better than coming to the workplace and dealing with politics. But now they provide Hybrid for few Management should treat everyone fairly and be open to fresh ideas and proposals. The bosses are eager to take all of the credit, and there is no one you can truly trust here. Please do not come here. To be honest, just a fewindividuals are nice, while the most are poisonous and selfish. Monotonous job necessitates patience and slow progress. The cafeteria food is disgusting, and the workload is well in excess of what is being paid. Management is constantly focused on politics and self-interest.
