Not a trustworthy organisation with no work culture and an unhealthy environment. WFH feels better than going to the office of drama and politics. Advice to management would be to treat everyone equally and be receptive to new ideas and suggestions. The managers are hungry to take all the credit, and there is not really someone you can trust here. Do not come here. To be honest, only a handful of people are good, and the rest are toxic and selfish. Monotonous work needs patience and slow growth. The food in the cafeteria is horrible, and the work load is way more than what is to be paid. Management is always high on politics and self-benefits. The work environment is negative and there is no hope for growth for a true and honest person here. The pay is comparatively too low compared to other companies. The bosses are eager to take all of the credit, and there is no one you can truly trust here. Please do not come here. To be honest, just a fewindividuals are nice, while the most are poisonous and selfish. Monotonous job necessitates patience and slow progress. Worst consulting firm, i does not recommend to work here just waste of career and future

All positive reviews are fake, done by their internal team. I am working here since 2021. I have not received any appraisal or incentive till date. I wish I'll receive these shortly. Some times work pressure getting high. We didn't get incentives on timely bases. And HR not taking exit interviews of thus employees, As per my experience, it is terrible workplace. Talent topper follows HIRE & FIRE policy. There is no compensation at all. I got 4 out of 5 ratings for all of the years I worked. For overall 2 yrs I got only 5% hike. There is only one HR for all-purpose. How could she manage. Process is not at all streamlined. Every day we have new surprises about how our incentives will be deducted. Every month we have salary deduction with no reason. Salary slip is not self-explanatory at all. Incentives are just to make fool. If you are making incentives, management will be in action how to apply deduction. We have to do FORCE OT daily as business requirements without any compensation....Read More
