If you do something wrong, they will point it out to you indirectly in order to break your confidence and focus. Management dose not support. they will make comments about your personal life and will not hesitate to make derogatory remark about yo. during my first 6 month, a lot of bad thing happened to me and I was depressed. I left the company without a job . Managers lack the experience necessary to manage and mentor new employees. They do not have managerial experience.
