Some one like me who are passionate about sales will enjoy working in this company because company has good collaboration with Top institutes which make things much more easier and logital to sale. I love Company work culture unlike like other companies who force people to work from office ,they believe in employee which will make employees more responsible on what they work.

I have less than an 6 month of experience in the company.As of now everything seems to be perfect where I cannot comment anything dislike working here.

I had a intern training at our college. Trainers used to visit our college to train us very well. They provide us the certifications of pega system architect and pega senior system architect.

I had joined the organization as a fresher and have learnt a lot of new skills required for an program management executive. I upvote TalentSprint when it comes to acquiring new skills and especially as a fresher who wants to learn professional skills.

Dislikes

Very poor work culture and low salary. People working hard do not get proper payment and the managers exhaust them with more and more workload. Most of the male colleagues have a very unprofessional behaviour and have mental stigma about young, ambitious and potential women who do not abide their free personal life advices and take their revenge out at work level.
