Their service have been very well... and very commendable.. 1)If I had to say about the job security....then there I would say that I don't have a sufficient word to express the gratitude. They support their all the employees as a part of their own family without deducting even single Rs. salary. 2) If I had to say about organizations work culture....They have been following all the necessary rules and regulations regarding covid-19 without violating the safety instructions issued by the central government. 3) Management have also been very supportive....They mananged very well during this critical pandemic...and are being managing right now... 4) Finally, The great salute to The Mr. Ratan Tata sir.... With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
