It's a Japanese company by Name only. Other than nothing is here as Japanese. During working here no social life, no family life, no work timing and most importing is that there is no HR team is here to listen you and no finance team here to help in taxation way. Also there is more n more crupted unprofessional managers are working here,who has no care for company profit, they always think his benifit by taking money from sub contactor's. If you are honest you can't be survive in here. No promotions no increments. Good thing is that salary is on time till now. There are lot of things to say but can't be write everything. Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Carrer growth is slow. Job training is not given to new joiners weather they are fresher's or experienced. There are nepotism culture.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal job training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
