I am happy that I have done my industrial training from taj Usha Kiran palace . All staff are very nice toward me Specially Rakesh sir(executive chef) Environment of hotel is very nice I learn many things during my training . I learn here what actually I want to learn I never ever forget my training time Thank you Taj Usha Kiran palace for making my future so bright

The work shift is not fix Some employees are not good in behaviour Some time trainee do the work which is not related to training

After getting job at Taj hotel 1) 12 to 13 hours shift. 2) very poor salary. 3) Maximum senior staff thay always forgot about the hospitality behaviour for the jr. Staff. 4) work cultuer ...nothing to say....just i-wash & make over to the higher management. 5) Contractual staff life is too much unstable... ....realy same for Hotel Industury.
