I like that i get to work from home here and with different project and earn incentives which is actually great. Work timings are really flexible and you get a lot of leaves, 5 day work week, period leave, birthday leave, causal leave and privilege leave are also there. it help is available online so no issue with that too

Job security is not here very much, pressure from work is there, you need to perform in 3 months which do not happen a lot of times as on joining are counted and not all the work which goes behind the joining and if you are not very much aligned with your manager, they will not take a lot of time to put you on PIP or ask you to resig n, which does make the company something where people cannot work for longer time like years after years and have to leave after sometime...Read More
