TAFE is probably the only organisation who works a lot on employee's development. Training provided by TAFE is the best and interaction with top management is a frequent activity, performers have a bright chance to get recognition.

Dislikes

Till 2012-13 organisation structure was very simple. After that job titles are very ambiguous and no clarity in the designations. Since I left TAFE in 2015 Jan, not aware of present development.

Work Details

I have enjoyed my time with TAFE and got different exposure and opportunity to work in different geographical locations. Also got recognition for all my achievements which were quite motivational, that was the culture of TAFE.
