Poor employes welfare, Worst management especially DBR plant management officials like HR, HOD's include operation head ( AVP) are like frauds, mentals, psychos, hitlers and always ruling and influences their own worst oppresion towards working category, they always approaches working category like slave to the management

If comparison of productivity & non productive, the non productive is more because training level of working culture is poor.

In TPM ( Total productive maintenance) is good relative with work which is doing with daily activities. But required good training relative with other stages of productive knowledges like other working stations , supervision, orginising production activities, 5S , Quality improve activities, communication knowledge, productive time Management, equipment training relative with working (OEE), equipment handling, Tool handling , systematical training (MS excel , MS PPT) etc....Read More
