The company have good market potential in the pen India . Have unique product series which helps to the farmers for doing the farming related work. This company belongs to the TAFE groups so it create good opportunity in the market in terms of looking progressive future.

I'm looking chanel sale in this company as a executive to my main work key points are 1) handling a bunch of dealer in terms of vehicles sales and marketing (2) vehicles billing and looking incentive scheme etc.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
