TAFE is the third-largest tractor manufacturer in the world and the second largest in India by volume. If boss is good everything goes good. Luckily my Boss is supporting in all aspects that is Plus point, in terms of Parks little less compared to other manufacturers. Its a system oriented company will get work satisfaction and over all good. Can do min 3-4 years

Likes

Messy ferguson has good brand value among farmers. Company policies has bond which is not good, work culture can be bettered.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow, there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Work Details

The job is quite challenging which makes it interesting, struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got chance to wear multiple hats that let me taste different roles within same team.
