Nothing SHWETA HR is very worse HR in department. Policy changes after 1 month. They tell that No target base work is needed. After month everything changes.

They will hire you as a QC or media logger. The training will be of some 15 days. There is heavy work load which is impossible to complete during shift timings,hence your working hours will be some 12-15 hours. And this will happen daily. The company software is pathetic,there is always some new problem with the software which will delay your work submission. Half of the company runs on WhatsApp groups and the other half on jugaads. There is no proper internal communication medium. No incentives, No allowances, No PF, No health insurance. One weekly off which may be postponed or compensated with your emergency leave. Salary is on 10th of every month which may be occasionally delayed by 2-3 days. So if you are someone who is tired of searching jobs, do not get affected by yelling of seniors then only go for this company....Read More

"Worst company, worst experience. The HR team stole my salary and gave a silly reason like 'I forgot to credit it.' Without any intimation, they removed me from the job just to take my one-month salary. I gave it away like a donation. It's a bad place to work."
