I worked in the credit department. It is a Vision oriented company with professional management team. Work Life Balance is good. Unique loan products with fast disbursal. This was possible due to clear credit policies and automation in the loan software. Training is provided at frequent intervals which is of great help and learning. The company very fairly deals with all its customers.
