There is nothing to dislike but certainly there are certain areas of improvements like more efforts on getting industry experts in new areas like IoT.

Flexible timing but need to maintain 9 hrs a day excluding Lunch or break. Onsite opportunities but need to wait for suitable positions that to once in a moon while. Moderate work load.

Dislikes

Fake promises on onsite opportunities at hiring stage. Politics and favoritism prevails, less action by Management on this regard to maintain equal opportunity. Not a standard process for Appraisal. No major learning process. Individual to learn on his own.
