1. Very nice work culture, it's like family and have some space to learn, express your thoughts 2. Company making their position very strong in banking and airlines. 3. From mainframe to java,javascript many languages are being used in various projects

1. Management has to diversify their domain and technologies. Sticking to very few domains quite risky.(Example Covid, many airlines were closed upto 2 years) 2. Management has to cross check the salary standards and implement. Getting good compensation helps employee to perform much better

This company more in to airline and banking domain, having multiple branches across the world. Medium size company, friendly management. Pay scale is good, will get training, Overall good company

Dislikes

Lack of technology and not exploring things other than banking and airline domain, when we have wide range of opportunities sticking to limited not good for company.
