The working hours are too long. Very little time for the family. All six days working sometimes drains us. But I must say that the management understand us so well when approach personally.

It's going on well. I learn to create new lesson plans each year to improve the quality of teaching. So it's wonderful

TSSCPAT was a good place to work in. It is highly organised and well-structured. I had opportunities to explore and enhance my skills. The organisation sets apart time to help faculty get equipped with the timely trends to reach out to students better.

Dislikes

Work load. This indeed helped me in the other workplaces. I was able to handle situations in better ways.

I started my teaching career from here. I was able to build my profession with all required benefits and the management extended some great support in this.
