Good working culture and 95% job security after probation period is over. Good .All employee and manager are very polite and helping nature..And u can got huge amount of incentive its depends upon your efforts..there is no any sales target in this company. My Overall experience in this company is very good and still m working ...

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
