I like the fixed office hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. There's no extra work to take home, and the yearly bonuses are good enough. Plus, there's no headache or pressure from work.

Dislikes

Their culture and internal politics are notable. They do not allow new female employees to join. There is a punching system for tracking timings, and no extra time is allowed for late arrivals. If you are even one second late, you have to take a whole day off.
