There is no work life balance herein please don't join

The management think you should get familiar with work from the first day of joining not at all supportive a lot of old staff has already left the company so the are recruiting new people but i know that people will also run away eventually.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
