Systematic will literally bust your life. As I have to write good things in this section, i can say you will learn a lot here because you are the logistics, you are the sales, you are the operations, you are the finance. You have to do all the work including your own profile which helps to gain more knowledge.

oh my where do I start. Work Culture is absolutely pathetic. Work life balance does not exist. You will get calls even after you go home. Not 1 or 2 calls continues work related calls even after 11pm. (plant is working 24*7). CEO just wants sales order and then doesn't matter how the products are delivered.
