Dislikes

Late Salary, neglecting behaviour, poor management, toxic work culture. They will pay your salary in installments phase that too after 1-2 month, they will pay you 10k after 1 month 5k and so on. Living with this salary situation on Bangalore is nearly impossible until unless you ask for money from your parents. a technical project manager

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

I've worked here for 1 year and I'll just say one thing "DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY" I joined as a intern, worked for 3 months then I got under probation and after that I worked as 6 months full employee. Throughout my journey I saw what kind of scams they are doing and I'm the victims of them too. Only join if you don't have any options left. Suffer here for 3-6 months, take the experience letter and leave.

Dislikes

The sufferings that I'm talking about is living in Bangalore city without any salary (at minimum for 3 months) after that exploitive work culture. You'll just loose you mental health here. But again if you have not any options left then only go for this company, make sure to come with a good bank balance because these people's are not giving you any.

I worked here as a hiring manager, but quit soon after observing the condition of this company. These guys are complete scammers, they took freshers or those employees who have gap in their resume and made them work on very low wages. They don't even credit money in the pf account as well. Many employees who left the company didn't get there salary as well.

Me and my colleagues finally decided to put the real reviews up here. All the positive reviews here are fake and forced. These people scold us in front of everyone if somebody write a negative review. But more of a major issue that we are not getting our salaries. We haven't got our salaries from Dec,2023. It's been a while since quit but they have not paid me my salary yet. I'm not going to state the exact number but you can purchase a Iphone 15 pro from that amount. Moreover they will deduct your pf amount from your salary but never credit that amount to your pf account. Only if I mustered up some courage and left this company a year ago, I would have gain much more experience. I left this company last year, I managed all the finances of this company. They sometimes (3-6 months) don't credit the pf amount in the pf account and scam them afterwards because employees generally don't check there pf accounts. They did the same thing with the salaries as well. As I see everybody's raising their voices against wrong so I'm here to support my fellow ex colleagues.

I was the UI/UX Designer here and I faced so many issues while working here. They gave me work that they never wanted, they never paid any employee on time. They made us put fake reviews on socials. There are so many wrongs with this company but in short I can only say one thing and it's that "don't ever join this company"
