Everything. They value quantity over quality and the management has no knowledge and competency when compared to competition. People at the highest level of the management have terrible communication skills and the HR policy of the company is not even worth talking about. I would not recommend this company even to an enemy. Was a terrible experience working there.

No job security, they can fire you without any reason, they show favoritism between new and old employees. Even if you are one of the best performers in your team, they can easily fire you citing stupid reasons to save the job of the old employee.
