It was great experience to work in Sys , I learned lot many things, co workers were very supportive and caring especially ARM team which I was a part.. I love u guys and I miss u lot

The reason I left Sys was transportation, u could have given cab till uthanahalli , I was really struggling and I informed many times, management could have given basic requirements for the employees.. I was very upset of leaving Sys but I wasn't had any other choice.. because due to cab issue I was waiting for bus from 5am to 7am and I lost my health.. 1.Raghavendra from IT, he won't allow any person to worklonger duration and gives non IT works even though we don't know technology. 2.your salary increases as experience increases (6 lakh) , he will say management want to reduce the cost so we will terminate after few months or look for a new job. 3.he will ask to work on weekendsand extend to night shift without any bonus. Ex: Assume you are a wintel person and he will ask to develop software using dot net and Java or any programming language.
