I like that supervisors and managers are very support to us. In during Covid-19 lockdown they care us and provide food for us in difficult situation.

Their is no career growth in Syrma Technology and they cannot help for employees development, they only targeting about company economic growth. One organisation should consider both employee satisfaction as well as ecomic development.
