Despite feedback, these concerns are not being effectively addressed, which is becoming increasingly frustrating. I hope the company takes these issues more seriously and works towards real solutions.

Earlier it was SGS TEKNIKS MFG PVT LTD & now it is merged to Syrma & working culture is now very toxic & biased . They don't want to stay old peoples within company .
