Everything is very systematic. HR operations, production, QC. Synthite value employee's time. Everything has a discipline in a positive way

The new managing director is a terror. The only thing he finds interesting is micro-managing. He thinks that the employee deserve no respect and treats them like trash. In short he is a sadist.
