Worst Hr system. Absolutely no learning and no job security. They promise you for good salary but stops your appraisals and do fake promises. If you put your points then they may tell you not to come to office from next day without even letting you serve notice period and can put you in very bad unemployment conditions so kindly do not work here it is most pathetic workplace and startups. HR of the company and some vertical heads they don’t have any resolution of any problem if we talk on HR perspective issues like confirmation and ending of probation period /salary and increments , it is totally depend on one third layer of some people ,they just revolve things and at the end will give some senseless lecture or inmost of the cases they simply ask you to move out of the company without giving you time for any backup and without any proper explanation or reason .And if we talk about vertical heads they don’t have basic responsibility of checking their mails and asking to team before making any commitment they simply make it and start pressurising team for completing them ....Read More
