Co. policies and job security are the highest rated things. However, career grown is limited and old school thought process.

Dislikes

Work life balance is no more a part of culture with WFH coming in. Soft skill training for employees and managers training is missing overall.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
