The talent pool in Cigital is an absolute treasure; however the management needs to make sure that the talent pool gets enough exposure to grow. Team mates were amazing , helpful and ambitious. Cigital should consider growth plans for lateral hires also where they need to plan for opportunities to work with clients and they should be involved in strategic brainstorming for the growth of the entire organization....Read More

Cigital must get rid of their startup culture where they should treat experienced new joiners as an asset to the organization than an employee. They should utilize the experience of the lateral hires for the growth of the organization. They should be provided with opportunities by which they can contribute to the organization.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
