No work life balance. Every day has its own beginning. Sales , Liquidation & collection...that's all. In daytime sales person do sales in field & in night he used to do same business in dream. Very dirty politics. Deserving candidates are always get the kick , and sycophant's job is not only secured but also he will grow rapidly. Job of the HR is just to appoint an employee. They will never listen the problems of employee & forget they will sought out it. Higher management is only concerned about the budget numbers, they don't care who the hell will bring that. They don't think for a second to fire you. Emotion less fellows. No humanity , No employee friendly atmosphere. Yes , self respect less person can survive well at this company....Read More
