As a 3rd party employee it was worst experience. No promotion, no work life balance. We have to work for 8:30- 5 pm...for that need to travel for 3 hrs...need to work for 6 day's in week. I don't know about actual Syngenta treatment for 3rd party employee but Aurangabad site management treat 3rd party employee as a skilled labour also they introduced as a skilled labour.
