Work Details

Working as a Design Coordinator has been great and I have learnt a lot in a holistic way. From how the building is designed till how it is handed over, I have been part of every process which has developed my over all knowledge.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
